We've implemented a workaround to the AWS issue, and event delivery for workflows should be working again.
Delivery of events to Pipedream destinations ($send.http, $send.email, $send.sql and others) are still affected by the AWS outage. We'll be opening a separate incident to track that.

One of the AWS services that we rely on to execute workflows is having an incident that is affecting workflows. You may see errors about events that cannot be queued or cannot be sent to their destination.
We’ll continue to follow the incident and update you when we have more information.
